Educational Qualifications
Regular full time B.E. / B. Tech degree from a reputed institute
MBA/PGDBM from reputed institutes preferred

6 to 8 years of work experience with at least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Management and Process Improvement
3+ years of core Business Analysis/Solutions experience working with US/Europe customers
Experience in Automotive and Manufacturing domains preferred

Key Responsibilities
Be the liaison between the clients, technology teams and support teams
Elicit requirements using requirement workshops, document analysis, business process descriptions, user stories, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Prepare detailed specifications documents that will be used to develop, evaluate, select, and test solutions
Manage the scope of projects so that project needs and schedules are met while also delivering the expected value to the business unit
Support and work with the team during evaluations and deployments of solutions
Participate in the process for prioritizing business epics and agile release train epics in prioritizing and grooming features and associated user stories for inclusion in a particular release and a particular sprint.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and understanding of IT concepts
Excellent interviewing, analytical and facilitation skills to elicit and analyze customer requirements
Ability to self-manage projects often with short turn-around times in a fast-paced business environment; ability to anticipate challenges and think quickly to support functional changes
Good technical modeling skills in UML, BPMN and UI mockups to create visual analytical models and infographics
Skilled in effort estimation using UCP, FPA and others
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
